Wireless DECT phones promote availability for staff to make or receive calls while maintaining manouverability. Configurable call routing options mean that when nobody is able to take a call on site, then the caller can be automatically redirected to a head office contact or off-site alternative. Thanks to the cloud-based infrastructure, very little on-premise hardware is required. This means much less capital investment than used to be the case.
